The Other Side of Sleep is well and truly launched – Oxford on Tuesday, London yesterday, and Brighton tonight. I’ll keep it brief got to get packed up – come to Bom-Bane’s Cafe George Street Brighton (not Hove, actually, in this case) tonight 8pm (IT’s NATIONAL POETRY DAY) for poems by Elinor Brooks, Jill Sharp, j.lewis, Andrew McCallum, and Sam Small read by Elinor, Jonathan Rice and Kevin Cherry. Plus music from Jane Bom-Bane.
In the meantime compare and contrast two readings of Orion by Simon Brod, the first half from last night at Lauderdale House, the second from Tuesday at Albion Beatnik. We had a great time at both and look forward to a tremendous evening in Brighton.
The Other Side of Sleep is available from all the best bookshops and direct from us of course, via our partners Inpress, or at the multitude of launches around the country over the next few months. Do come along to any of them, but please let us know you are coming for the London one as we want to know how much wine to get! (use the contact us page)

In November we move on to South London and Middlesbrough, and we are still looking for a Scottish gig, if anyone can suggest somewhere?
Here’s Sam reading a version of his poem Time Travel which appears in our forthcoming poetry anthology, The Other Side of Sleep, which is officially published this Thursday.
We have actor Kevin Cherry reading this poem, in its published form, at the Brighton launch of the book, 2nd October at Bom-Bane’s Cafe, come along and you can compare the versions and the style!
