Victoria Ekpo

Victoria is a lecturer in teacher education, a poet and a keen hiker. Born in Nigeria, Victoria has lived most of her life all over the world and is currently settled in Liverpool where she is currently also pursuing a PhD in Education and her research focuses on using poetry in empirical inquiry. She co-runs the walking/hiking group Footstepsnw – which encourages and supports black women and their friends to experience the outdoors. She writes periodically for the countryside charity CPRE.
