Nic’s father taught her to play a waltz on a piano, paint a watercolour scene and jump start a David Brown tractor. What else does a human being need?! She is a member of a ‘hedgerow phsychodelia’ band Nightjrrs performing electronic/acoustic/film based performances with her friends John Chamber and Andy Hopkins. As a solo singer/songwrite she has performed support sessions for musicians such as Steeley Span, Boo Hewerdine, Eddi Reader and Fish from Marillion. In 2001 she produced an album called Westward Turning her friend Mike France. She is an awestruck member of Carlisle Speakeasy and has had poetry and prose published in Carlisle Speakeasy Magazines
