Sally has drawn, painted, glued, moulded, sewn, shaped and created since before she could string a sentence together.
She studied art at college and went on to study for a Textile Design degree, but left to work for BT.
A few years ago she did a Stained Glass course, then a Resin course, a Machine Embroidery course, an Enamelling course…. Sally found her original love of drawing, and created buildings on reclaimed wood and vintage items, which is when she set up her business. When she moved to Cornwall she took to the streets of Lostwithiel sketching the buildings in her home town.
This led to studying for an MA in Illustration at Falmouth University, adding a few new passions along the way – collage and repeat pattern making.
Sally provided the illustrations and handwriting for the story-within-a-story in Zed and the Cormorants
