Alison Gerhard is a writer, researcher, and disability activist at the College of William and Mary in Williamsburg, Virginia, USA. She is currently pursuing her M.S. in chemistry studying zinc, cadmium, and mercury. Her work has appeared or is forthcoming in the journals Wordgathering, Rat’s Ass Review, and Meow Meow Pow Pow Lit.
