Her debut poetry pamphlet Antinopolis was published by Eyewear Poetry in 2016 and her poem ‘Rivers’ was featured in the Eyewear anthology The Best New British and Irish Poets 2016. Her first full poetry collection will be published by Seren in April 2018.

Paul Deaton was runner-up in the 2010 Arvon International Poetry Prize judged by Carol Ann Duffy and winner of the SaveAs Writer’s Prize 2016. Regularly published in The Spectator, and magazines, e.g. PN Review, The London Magazine, The Dark Horse, and is included in York Notes GCSE study guides. His debut collection, A Watchful Astronomy (Seren) published October 2017, is a Poetry Book Society winter recommended read.
Paul’s poem for Dusk, Brunel’s Bridge at Dusk, will be read at Bristol, but as it is already published will not appear in the anthology.
Anna Kissell is a singer songwriter whose music marries a tender openness with a fierce soul. Hushed and dark, her folk-lullabies unfold slowly with melodies that linger long after the song’s end. Anna lives in Bristol and is joined by a talented cast of musicians whose voices and instrumentation make up ‘The Unsung Chorus’. In February 2016, they released ‘Wake The Ancient’ EP and are preparing to record a debut LP. Anna’s voice rides naturally over hypnotic guitar picking, drawing listeners into otherworldly dreamscapes, inviting them to lie down, stretch out and forget time.
