Jess Kilby writes flash fiction and prose poetry, and creates other experimental forms of narrative. Her fiction has been published in The Flexible Persona, Meniscus, Reflex Fiction and others, and has been performed in various immersive theatre productions. She has a particular interest in the relationship between people and place, and can often be found wandering the laneways of Melbourne with a variety of recording equipment in tow. Her 2017 PhD project, The Parallaxis, is a game of urban magic that she invites the public to play.
Jess has a flash fiction in Story Cities.
