Jenny Ramsay worked in the world of nature conservation before becoming mummy to two little boys. She has been peed on by howler monkeys, scratched by a two-toed sloth, bitten by a snake in her sleeping bag, and charged at by a giant armadillo.

Jenny’s story for We/She, The Lost Species is partly based on a real experience when lost in a South American cloud forest.
