Rachael Li Ming Chong

Rachael Li Ming Chong is a poet, writer and teacher of Chinese Malaysian heritage, born and based in London. She is a commended poet in the Verve Poetry Festival Competition 2021 and a winner of the Poetry Archive’s WordView 2021 competition. Her writing has been published in various online platforms and anthologies, including Poetry for Good, the Royal Society of Literature and Beginnings (Verve Poetry Press, 2022). She is an alumnus of the HarperCollins Author Academy 2021.

Rachael’s poems Capillary Motion and Hi-Spy Viewing Machine are published in Arachne’s anthology Where We Find Ourselves.  Her poem The Flooding is published in Arachne’s 2021 Solstice Shorts anthology, Words From the Brink.
