Iceland has a tradition of giving books on Christmas eve, known as Jolabokaflod.

What a desirable tradition, we should adopt it at once!

To aid your taking up of this idea, on Sunday 25th November, 3-6pm, for those within reach of South East London, join us at an ‘at home’ with Arachne, come round to ours for tea and cake, and the opportunity to browse books and buy as many as you can carry!

The stupendously easy way to do your christmas/solstice/Jolabokaflod shopping in comfort.
