A very successful launch for London Lies at the London Review Bookshop.  Stock of books sold out! No doubt they will be ordering more for their regular customers who couldn’t make it.

We’ll be posting more pictures and video soon.

Other events to celebrate the publication of London Lies in September: Wednesday 12th, Thursday 20th and Thursday 27th.

Update on London Lies Launch

Thanks to some good work on the part of David Mildon, we now have Olivier Award Winning Bertie Carvel reading David’s story for London Lies, Red, at our launch at London Review Bookshop on 5th September.

London Lies Launch

London Review Bookshop

Those lovely people at London Review Bookshop have agreed to help us celebrate the publication of London Lies by hosting our launch at their regular 1st Wednesday late night shopping event.

Wednesday 5th September 6.30-8.30.
14 Bury Place, London, WC1A 2JL

Great company, great stories, 10% off all books and even some wine!

Extracts from the following stories will be read, in Liars’ League tradition, by actors.

Red, by David Mildon (read by Bertie Carvel)

The Suitcase, by Rosalind Stopps (read by Carrie Cohen)

Incurable Romantic Seeks Dirty Filthy Whore, by Martin Pengelly (read by Phil Mulryne)

Are We Nearly There Yet? by Emily Pedder (read by Danielle Fenemore)

Rat, by Liam Hogan (read by Greg Page)

And obviously, there will be a stack of copies of London Lies by the till.
