Your last chance before the solstice to chat to an author and get a book signed as well as listen to us read to you is actually at Brick Lane Books on the 6th, but we’ve squeezed in an extra one at Hills and Parkes, our favourite local deli in Honor Oak Park. 6pm Wednesday 5th December  49 Honor Oak Park SE23 1EA

Why a deli? Well, the Honor Oak Park story is called, and indeed features, Carrot Cake, and there is a rumour they might be persuaded to provide taste-a-long samples to go with Paula Read‘s story.

And we really like the Deli, so it’s a bit of a mutual admiration thingy, they are even letting our singing friends Summer All Year Long collect for Shelter whilst singing a few carols there on Saturday 15th (3.30pm if you are interested).
