Dusk: A Wave of words across the UK: Carlisle

Carlisle Patchwork Opera is a fluid group of writers (prose, poetry, script, song), musicians, photographers, film-makers, visual artists. For the past two years, as part of their activities they have put together a themed programme to celebrate the winter solstice and performed at Foxes Café Lounge, Carlisle. Ideally placed to run a Solstice Shorts programme.

Our contact there is Barbara Renel who read at our Childhood themed Story Session for Brockley Max festival last year, and got inveigled into helping Carrie Cohen with the singing for Helen Morris’ story. So, brave as well as talented!
