Ed is an artist, writer and printmaker.
In Ed’s work, warm, earthy images of family life mix with magic and myth.
Many of his handmade prints capture moments from life: children’s encounters with animals, walking on the beach, eating porridge and peas. Other images have a more ambiguous poetry: people light fires in sea shells and drift on empty seas.
His ‘Pearbox Books’ explore this world including ‘The Rooftop Garden’, and his popular ‘Storm Tree Stories’. His most recent book ‘Dolphins Keep Me Safe in Dreams’ is, in the words of one of the first parents to read it with their child ‘a tender lullaby, which set us both at peace’.
Along with a selection of his books Ed is exhibiting a range of prints from his ‘Ivy Night Rambles’ series, which explore quiet moments alone with nature.
Ed is the cover artist for our first Young Adult novel, Devilskein & Dearlove
Books can be ordered from Ed’s website between £4 and £6

Born in New Zealand and growing up in the melting pot of Los Angeles – exposure to other cultures, particularly in art, has distilled a disposition for the eclectic.
Melina’s artistic career started in the early 1980’s creating relief paintings and wooden sculpture, holding exhibitions in Los Angeles and in London.
Later, with a studio in Covent Garden amidst a buzz of the emerging London fashion scene, she began experimenting with different forms of plastic. This led onto creating jewellery and for a number of years she worked in accessory design producing one-off pieces and limited ranges in collaboration with clothing designers and shops such as Paul Smith, and Liberty’s.
More recently Melina’s work has been guided by the emergence of the digital realm, with drawing, painting and collage still forming the basis of her creative process.
Melina endeavours to produce works that have a strong graphic appeal, and are alluring, beautiful, and sometimes surreal.
