Jessica Lott

Jessica Lott’s first novel, The Rest of Us, about love, contemporary art, and New York, will be published by Simon & Schuster (U.S.) in the summer of 2013. Her novella, Osin, won the Low Fidelity Press Novella Award and was published in 2007. She writes a monthly art column, Alchemy of Inspiration, for PBS: Art21, co-directs Liars’ League NYC, and received Frieze magazine’s 2009 Art Writer’s Award. She holds an MA in Creative Writing from Boston University and an MA in English Literature from Washington University in St. Louis.

Jessica’s story for Lovers’ Lies, Dara, is a love triangle of three women in New York City: a wealthy older woman, her student/Latina housecleaner, and a mysterious new boarder.
