Dusk Poet: Kate Wise

Kate Wise has been published in various magazines in print and online, including The Rialto, Poems in Which, and Structo. Translations/ reworkings of Sappho and Catullus have also been published, most recently by Sidekick Books. Her poem on Urinal Blocks was a winner in the Poetry News Members’ Poems competition, and she appeared in Eyewear’s Best New British and Irish Poets 2017. Her work (both for adults and children) has appeared in several anthologies by The Emma Press, with a further two upcoming in 2018. She grew up in Cheshire, lives in London, and tweets at @kwise62.

Kate’s poem for Dusk, Tempus Erat will be performed at Greenwich on 21st December.
