One of the advantages to attending WFC2013 over the weekend (apart from meeting Tanith Lee, Joanne Harris and Ellen Datlow) was getting to speak to Rebecca J Payne, author of Hollow Man, one of the stories in Weird Lies. We met in what was meant to be a quiet corner (I don’t think such a thing actually existed) and yelled over the racket.
