The MVMNT cafe which has ‘popped up’ for the Olympics and Paralympics next to  Greenwich DLR, is hosting readings on a Wednesday evening, the first one featured Arachne Press Writer Rosalind Stopps.  There has been a short delay to complete building works, but the next event is on 29th August 7-9, and features another Arachne Writer, Cherry Potts, who will be reading Leaving, her story for London Lies.

Other authors reading on 29th August are Jim Minton, and Lane Ashfeldt and possibly others.

The venue is unlicenced but you can bring your own, (£3 corkage) and it is open air – so you might want a brolly – or a parasol possibly!
