Liam Hogan has been writing short stories for Liars League every month for more than 4 years, occasionally they select one to keep him sweet. He also submits to Liars League Leeds, and is hoping for a hat-trick with Liars League NYC. Shorts have also appeared in Litro and been read at StoryTails, and at The Post-Apocalyptic Book Club. A novel is mooted, though it is only currently the same length as his shorts. He lives in London.
Liam’s stories for London Lies, Rat and Palio were first read at London Liars’ League in November 2009 and April 2011 , as part of the Sex & the City and Fun & Games evenings.
Liam describes his stories as
Rat :
They say that in the City of London, you’re never more than six feet from a rat.
Mine was called Boris.
Palio :
As the financial meltdown continues, one disgruntled employee decides to stage a race around the office.
